Shipping Policy

When will it arrive?

We post all our orders via Royal Mail (Standard/Second Class), who aim to deliver between 3-5 days after posting. Our posting days are Monday and Friday every week. When we send your order, we'll confirm it has been dispatched via email. If you need your order delivered sooner, we can sometimes arrange extra posting days. Please contact us and let us know and we will do our best to help. To ensure postage on our usual Monday or Friday, please place your order as early as possible as our courier arrives in the early afternoon to collect post.

We also offer a click+collect service, which is usually ready for collection within 48 hours.

Shipping is currently limited to UK only, apologies for any inconvenience. 

 

Shipping rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at the online checkout.

Standard UK shipping: £2.00

Heavy UK shipping: £3.50

Heavy UK shipping (for large orders): £16.50

 

We pack all our orders with great care in order to deliver them in the best condition. However, orders may sometimes get damaged in transit for which we bear no responsibility, but if you contact us we'll try to resolve any issues. 

Packaging

As part of our commitment to the environment, we aim to reduce the amount of paper, plastic and cardboard we use. This means that wherever possible, orders will be packaged in an eco-friendly or re-used/recycled box with reused bubble wrap or paper packaging.
